Trello
Cards on columns. The board everyone already understands.
What it is
Trello is a kanban board: lists of cards you drag. Power-Ups add calendars, voting, and Slack. Free boards are enough for a side project. Larger teams usually outgrow it into Jira or Linear. Use it when the work is a pipeline, not a novel.
