Google Sheets
The spreadsheet that lives in a browser tab and a share link.
What it is
Google Sheets is a spreadsheet in Drive. Real-time sharing is the feature Excel-on-a-desktop still fights. Free with a Google account. It is slower on huge files. For a budget, a content calendar, or a client list, it is the default useful app.
